First Aid at Work Annual Update

A half day refresher course as recommended by the Health & Safety Executive. This aim of this course is to give existing First Aiders an opportunity to practice skills and update their knowledge.

Who Should Attend?
This course is for people holding a current Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work qualification.

Course Content
Delegates will receive training in the following topics: -

• Action at an emergency
• Management of an unconscious casualty
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
• Assessment and treatment of a casualty who is wounded, bleeding or shocked

Any changes that may have occurred to First Aid since your initial training

Course Duration
The course duration is 3 hours.

Course Outcome
On successful completion of the course activities and Multiple Choice Question Paper, delegates will receive an Annual First Aid Refresher certificate, which is valid for one year.
