Train The Trainer

A short but very intense course which will provide information to help trainers develop into an excellent first aid trainer. Over the three days the course will look at different exciting ways to delivery first aid courses.
All delegates will use and practice with a range of visual aids and equipment, this will arm them with the knowledge and allow them to develop there training skills.

Who is this course for?
People who want to develop into a first aid trainer, all delegates must have experience of first aid, a current first aid at work certificate and a valid teaching qualification (see the PTC course information sheet). Each delegate will be able to deliver the following courses after completing the train the trainer program: -

• HSE First aid at work course
• HSE First aid at work refresher course
• Appointed Persons course
• Paediatric first aid
• Basic life support

What do I get for my money?
All delegates will receive an instructors manual, lessons plans and a PowerPoint presentation which can be used when running future courses.

Course Outcome
All successful delegates will be awarded an instructors certificate, after passing a written and practical assessment.
